Welcome to Barn and Beach RV Park! For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask that you observe the following good camping practices. All campers are responsible at all times for the conduct of their children, pets, and guests.
Office Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Mon–Sat. Closed Sunday. On Call 24/7. Camp hosts are on duty after hours and on weekends.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in begins at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in and check-out options are available with park management approval. Fees may apply.
Reservations: Each reservation includes 2 guests. Maximum of 6 guests per site.
Speed Limit: 5 mph
Quiet Time: 10 pm – 7 am
Garbage: The dumpster is located near the front of the property. All trash must be bagged. Do not place trash out overnight as it attracts animals. Please avoid tossing cigarette butts or other litter onto the grounds.
Visitors: Due to limited parking, alternate arrangements may be required for additional vehicles.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any common area. Please dispose of remnants properly. Additional fees will apply for site and property cleanup.
Vehicles: One RV and one vehicle per site. RVs must be self-contained and in good condition. For RVs older than 10 years, please submit recent photos prior to reserving. No tent camping, converted trailers, or boat trailers permitted. Extra vehicles must be pre-approved & registered. A $5 daily fee applies. Do not park on the grass. Do not wash any vehicles on the property.
Golf Carts: Electric golf carts are allowed and must be operated by a licensed driver 16 years or older. NO ATVs, dirt bikes, or scooters allowed.
Drain Water: State law prohibits the ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black). Wastewater must be disposed of in a sewer drain using a tight seal by the sewer donut, sewer ring, or screw-type connector.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must remain under the owner’s control and visual observation at all times. A maximum 6 ft leash is required whenever the pet is outside the RV — no exceptions.Please clean up after your pet and use designated pet areas and waste stations. Pets may not be tied up outside unattended. Outdoor kennels are not permitted. Pets must not disturb other guests. If your pet causes disturbances, you will receive a courtesy call; repeated issues may result in removal without refund. Aggressive dogs are not permitted and this rule is strictly enforced.
Fish Cleaning: If you have fish to clean, please do so only in the designated cleaning area located near the dumpster. Wrap fish waste in double plastic bags before disposing of it in the dumpster.
BBQ Grills and Fire Pits: Please do not place BBQ grills on the picnic tables or grass as they may burn the tables and leave a mess for the next guest.
Duck Pond: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not throw trash in the pond.
Conduct: Rowdiness, loud music, obscene language, possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated, and parties are subject to removal from the resort. Firearms, fireworks, or other explosives are against local ordinances.
Children: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in all common areas of the park. No ball is to be played in the street.
Disclosure: Barn and Beach RV Park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, losses of personal property, or losses for any cause. We reserve the right to evict or ask any camper to leave for failure to observe rules or for detrimental conduct. No refunds for early departure for weather or being asked to leave the resort.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to restrict its clientele to those who conform to the camping enjoyment guidelines. Management cannot assume responsibility for injuries or accidents to cars or guests and requests that guests take normal precautions against loss of valuables or belongings. Management also reserves the right to add to, delete from, and/or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Daily reservations (6 days or less): Deposit is non-refundable
Weekly reservations (7 to 29 days):
More than 72 hours’ notice: Deposit is refundable minus $50 fee
Less than 72-hour notice: Deposit is non-refundable
Monthly reservations (30 days or more): Deposit is non-refundable
No shows: No refund
